Require this script (and auto-complete) then add to ac-sources.

            (lambda ()
              (add-to-list 'ac-sources 'ac-source-c-headers)
              (add-to-list 'ac-sources 'ac-source-c-header-symbols t)))

then header filenames and symbols in imported headers are completed.
