Summary

Interface with blip.pl

Commentary

This is the beginnings of a library for interfacing with 
blip.pl from Emacs. It is heavily based on twit.el (version 0.3.5)
which can be found on http://www.emacswiki.org/emacs/twit.el
Additionaly, this looks like a nice way to learn some elisp.
