Lookup Gtk and Gnome documentation

Commentary

M-x gtk-lookup-symbol displays HTML documentation for Gtk and Gnome
functions and variables, similar to what M-x info-lookup-symbol does for
info files.  The documentation is expected to be HTML files with devhelp
indexes, like the Debian packages libgtk2.0-doc etc.  See the
`gtk-lookup-symbol' docstring below for more.
