Please install w3m command. (http://w3m.sourceforge.net/index.ja.html)
Please install this package from MELPA. (http://melpa.org/)

Otherwise, put this file into load-path'ed directory, and byte compile it if
desired. And put the following expression into your ~/.emacs.

    (require 'japanlaw)
