Minor mode for remote evaluate JavaScript in WebKit debugger, with
a little icing. Included features are:
- Evaluate JavaScript (running at top level)
- Modify and update external JavaScript files (live)
- Reload

Planned features includes:
- Live reload stylesheets (without reload)
- JavaScript console (REPL)
