Commentary

qrencode provides a QR Code (ISO/IEC 18004:2015) encoder written
entirely in Emacs Lisp (elisp).  See README.org for full
documentation.

Usage: Call `qrencode-region' to convert a region into a QR Code
and `qrencode-url-at-point' to convert a URL.  QR Codes are shown
in a separate buffer.
